EA Sports FC 26 Team of the Season is officially underway, and fans now have the power to vote for the players they believe defined the 2025/26 football season. The campaign spans both EA Sports FC 26 and EA Sports FC Mobile, covering the biggest leagues in world football and giving the global community a direct say in who makes the final squads.
What is EA Sports FC 26 Team of the Season?
Team of the Season (TOTS) is one of the most popular annual events in Football Ultimate Team (FUT). It celebrates the standout men’s and women’s players from football’s top leagues over the course of the season, with fan voting playing a central role in shaping the final squads.
This year, voting is open for three major leagues: the Premier League, the Bundesliga, and LaLiga. Fans can submit their votes online and across EA Sports FC’s official social media channels.
Voting schedule
The fan voting periods are as follows:
- Premier League: 7 to 10 April
- Bundesliga: 14 to 17 April
- LaLiga: 28 April to 1 May
Once voting closes for each league, the Final XI will be revealed on the following dates:
- Premier League Final XI: 22 April
- Bundesliga Final XI: 29 April
- LaLiga Final XI: 13 May
When do TOTS squads go live in-game?

The campaign runs from 17 April to 29 May. TOTS player items will be available in the Football Ultimate Team pack pool during the following windows:
Serie A: 17 to 24 April
Premier League and BWSL: 24 April to 1 May
Bundesliga and Frauen Bundesliga: 1 to 8 May
Ligue 1 and Arkema PL: 8 to 15 May
LaLiga and Liga F: 15 to 22 May
Ultimate TOTS: 22 to 29 May

The campaign runs from 22 April to 3 June:
Premier League: 22 to 29 April
Bundesliga: 29 April to 6 May
Ligue 1: 6 to 13 May
LaLiga: 13 to 20 May

What is new this year?
EA Sports has introduced an enhanced voting experience for TOTS 2026. Instead of being locked into the traditional 4-3-3 formation template, fans can now choose from five different formations when building their voted XI. This gives players more flexibility to reflect how they actually see the best performers of the season, whether that means picking more attackers, packing the midfield, or setting up with extra defensive cover.
Build your dream squad in EA SPORTS FC 26: ICONS EDITION
Fans can also jump into the action early and get match-ready for TOTS with EA SPORTS FC™ 26: ICONS EDITION, available now. ICONS EDITION players get three untradeable Player Picks, each offering one of five ICON or Hero player items rated up to 91 OVR, across attackers, midfielders, and defenders from FUT campaigns between game launch and 31 March 2026.
In addition, ICONS Edition players will receive a Gold Starting XI Pack, featuring a full starting lineup – including one goalkeeper, four defenders, three midfielders, and three attackers – all untradeable and rated 84 OVR or higher, helping fans build their dream squad just in time for Team of the Season.
